Samsung Galaxy J3 specs conveniently leaked via new benchmark

After few months of launching its Galaxy J2, J5 and J7, Samsung seems to be ready to release a new phone called Galaxy J3. Conveniently, the benchmarks are out which also comes with basic specification listing.

A set of three benchmarks indicates that the Samsung Galaxy J3 will sport a 5″ 720p display, a Snapdragon 410 processor, a 1GB Ram and an 8GB ROM. For the camera, there will be an 8-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Both cameras can shoot up to 1080p resolution video, and the 7 megapixel takes photos of up to 3264 x 2448.

At the time of launch few months ago, along with J2’s reveal, Samsung also revealed two other phones under its J-brand- Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7. The Samsung Galaxy J5 uses a 5″ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and a 2600mAh battery. The J7 is also a 5.5″ 720p display, but uses with Snapdragon 615 processor, 3GB RAM, 3000mAh battery, support of up to 16GB expandable storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

At the time of launch, the J-series phones were available in China, then slowly reaching towards other markets like India. Samsung Galaxy J7 was priced for approximately $289 and J5 priced for $225 equivalent. J3 was for $125. Suffice to say, it will just be a matter of time that Samsung would J3 to come out eventually as a filler between the models.

Although these phones are FarCry from its current flagship model, J-Series is aimed as mid-end handsets to attract many of such interested buyers with variant price range within this segment. It would be a no-brainer that at some point J6 specs and other information would conveniently leak, eventually.
